Andarzgoo Apartments

This five–story residential building was originally constructed almost thirty years ago, but its architectural layout and overall design were weak and no longer suitable for today’s standards. The client purchased the property as an investment and asked us to develop a full remodeling plan that would significantly upgrade the building and raise its long-term value. Based on that goal, our team recommended a complete renovation: everything was demolished and cleared except for the structural frame and the main east and west perimeter walls. All mechanical and electrical systems, interior partitions, and finishes were removed and replaced with a brand-new architectural scheme. The result is a fully renewed building that now performs and presents itself like a new development, delivering a major boost to the client’s investment.
