Villa Anna  

This hillside villa is located in northeast of Tehran, a quiet residential compound, on the route toward Mount Damavand. The project started with a half-built structure on a steep site, creating a clear design challenge to transform a limited existing frame into a refined, high-end villa. We placed the entrance, service areas, and parking on the lower level and created a roof garden above them to extend the landscape. The villa sits on the upper side of the plot, connected to the pool and this green terrace, forming one continuous outdoor space. Designed as a weekend retreat, the house features an open-plan ground floor for gatherings, activity spaces on the first floor, and private bedrooms on the upper level.
