Villa No. 10

This project came to us after construction had been paused by the client because they weren’t satisfied with the original design. That pause turned into the start of our collaboration: developing the existing structure, we completely reworked the architecture, plans, and interior layout to match the client’s new program and goals. The villa sits in Shahrak Gharb, Tehran, on one of the best villa streets in the neighborhood. It has two floors above ground and two basement levels. The combined area of the ground and first floors is about 500 square meters, while the basements house parking, a guardhouse, mechanical/electrical service rooms, a swimming pool, and a gym/sports hall. The result is a very special, fully equipped villa designed from the inside out to meet the client’s needs.
